'With an even louder laughter, Simon replied, “you mean the people who walk on the streets? They are not walkers. They are passengers. This is because they ‘pass’ the streets”. Simon said this with convincing boldness that left Musa nodding his head in agreement. He believed what Simon said. Simon had earlier in the park told him how he dropped out of school after kindergarten. Musa on the other hand had never enrolled into any school as he was born in the streets by his street mother who never made it to see his son’s fifth birthday. Therefore in this argument of two idiots, Simon emerged as the wiser one. 
“Do these stingy people really give you anything when you approach them?” Simon asked with a lot of sympathy towards this 10 year old urchin. “They look too mean.” 
He then pointed at a couple that was passing-by and continued, “For example these two. Look at all the shopping they are carrying. It seems a lot but they cannot even share with us. I hate them even if I don’t know them”. 
He then continued pointing at each person who passed and with a bitter voice tone said, “I hate him and him and her and him and also that fat man eating humbuggers over there.” 
With fingers now pointing at that fat man who suddenly captured his attention, he added “He eats even when he is full. I am sure worms will have a party when he dies”. 
Simon said all these with a lot of pain and hunger. It seemed like his earlier painful experience back at home left him torn apart and hating everyone.'
